Returns and refunds

You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because our products are food supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened pouches unless the product is faulty or not as described.

To start a return, email md@neutrade.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm the return address. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it (sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery are excluded for hygiene reasons).
