The rules, plainly

- Pause whenever you like, for as long as you like, and keep the rate.
- Cancel and the Founders rate ends. If you subscribe again later, you get whatever rate is on offer then.
- You will get a reminder before each payment and can change the date, skip a delivery, pause or cancel from your account at any time.
- The one-off pouch stays at £14.99 for everyone.
