Cancellation policy

A subscription renews every four weeks and is charged to your saved payment method. We send a reminder before each payment. You can change the delivery date, skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@mynutritionpro.com. Cancelling stops all future payments and deliveries; orders already dispatched are covered by our return and refund policy. A discounted subscription rate applies for as long as the subscription remains active or paused; if you cancel, the rate ends and any later subscription is at the rate offered at that time. The Founders rate (20% off) is limited to the first 200 subscribers or 30 days from launch, whichever comes first, and is guaranteed for at least 36 months from the start of the subscription.
